Nationwide delivery across Pakistan, with Cash on Delivery available everywhere we ship.
Dispatch time
Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed on a Sunday or public holiday go out the next business day. Every bottle is checked, sealed and cushioned before it leaves our hands.
Delivery estimates
- Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and similar) — 3 to 5 business days
- Everywhere else in Pakistan — 5 to 7 business days
Cash on Delivery
COD is available nationwide and, for most of our customers, is the easiest way to shop with confidence — pay only once your order is in your hands. Our courier partners will call or message ahead of delivery so you're never caught off guard.
Packaging
Every bottle travels padded and upright inside a protective box, sealed for freshness and tamper-evidence. Parcels ship in discreet, unbranded outer packaging.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we'll share your tracking details by WhatsApp or SMS. You're welcome to message us any time for a live update — a real person replies, not a bot.
Failed delivery attempts
If our courier can't reach you, they'll usually attempt delivery again the next business day and try to contact you first. After a few unsuccessful attempts, the order may be returned to us — just message us and we'll happily arrange redelivery.
