An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or payment cannot be verified.

Prices are shown inclusive of applicable sales tax unless stated otherwise, and exclude delivery and any destination import duties. We may change prices at any time, but never after an order has been confirmed.

Natural raw materials vary slightly between harvests and batches, so minor differences in colour and intensity are inherent to the product and are not defects. Perform a patch test before first use, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Discount codes and flash sale pricing apply only within their stated period, cannot be combined unless explicitly stated, and carry no cash value.

Reviews you submit are moderated before publication. By submitting one you grant us a licence to display it on the store. We may decline content that is abusive, misleading or unrelated to the product.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, and disputes are subject to its courts.
